The focus is centered on partnership strategies and partner candidate evaluation. Each participant is exposed to powerful tools and processes to build sound partnering strategies and effectively evaluate partner candidates.
This workshop highlights several cases studies and partnership examples to illustrate what should and should not be done while executing partnerships. The course concludes with a live partnership simulation where the participants are divided into multiple teams and each person is able to practice the tools and techniques that were taught.
